How You Pay
The price shown on each product page is the full price of the kit with freight included. You do not pay it all at once. Payment is taken in three stages:
- 25% when you order – releases engineering and reserves production capacity for your building.
- 50% when you approve your stamped drawings – releases your order into fabrication.
- 25% before your kit ships – due once fabrication is complete and delivery is scheduled.
Cancellations and Refunds
What you get back depends on how far your order has progressed.
- Within 72 hours of your first payment – cancel for any reason and that payment is refunded in full.
- After 72 hours, before you approve your drawings – you may still cancel. Engineering work already carried out is non-refundable; anything you have paid beyond that is returned to you.
- After you approve your stamped drawings – your order is in fabrication and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Steel is cut and formed to your dimensions and cannot be returned to stock or resold.
To cancel, contact us with your order number. We will confirm in writing which stage your order has reached, and what refund applies, before anything is processed.
Changes to Your Order
Need to adjust your building size, door and window placement, or other specifications? Contact us before your drawings are finalized. Changes requested after production begins may not be possible, or may involve additional engineering and fabrication costs.
Damaged or Defective Materials
If any components arrive damaged, defective, or do not match your order, contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos, your order number, and a description of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or repair under the applicable manufacturer warranty at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Because every building kit is custom-engineered and fabricated to your exact order, completed kits cannot be returned once production has started. This applies to all standard and custom building sizes.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned by bank transfer to the account the payment came from, within 10 business days of approval.
