What do I get with my order?

Every kit includes stamped, sealed engineering drawings customized to your building size and site conditions, plus a complete bolt-together steel building kit.

Are the drawings permit-ready?

Yes – your drawings are stamped and sealed, ready to submit to your local building department. We are happy to answer engineering questions that come up during the permit process.

Can I customize my building?

Yes – choose your size, door and window placement, and finish options. Contact us to discuss custom specifications.

Payment & Delivery

How does payment work, and what is your refund policy?

You pay the full kit price in three stages: 25% when you order, 50% when you approve your stamped drawings, and 25% before your kit ships. The first 25% releases engineering and reserves production capacity, and is refundable in full within 72 hours. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Do you deliver to remote or cottage-country locations?

Yes, though remote or difficult-to-access sites may require additional lead time – this will be flagged in your quote if it applies to your site.
